My absolute favorite hamburger place in California is In-N-Out Burger. I always make sure I stop by when I go home to visit my family. They use good quality ingredients which shows through in their burgers.
You can order any of their burgers “protein style” which essentially means that it comes wrapped in lettuce rather than a bun. It’s perfect for those who want a lighter meal or are watching their carbohydrate intake. I know that I personally feel much better on a higher protein, lower carbohydrate diet.
These Curried Lamb Burgers are great because they are a little bit unconventional with the curry flavoring. They are super easy to make and freeze well. The choice for the fixings are entirely up to you. I like mine with sliced tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and a small amount of ketchup.
